Overview
Rapid enables merchants to accept USDC payments as a payment method. Enabling USDC payments offers end-users a fast, reliable, and fee-free way to pay. As long as the customer already has USDC in their wallets, they may select USDC as an option to pay with. Merchants will receive their settlement to their wallets instantly. USDC payments reduces any delays, which makes it an attractive option for both end-users and merchants.

How It Works
Merchants must accept USDC as a form of payment. Users who already have USDC in their wallet will be shown their USDC balance and can select USDC as an option to pay. If a user does not have USDC, they will not see an option to pay with USDC. After a user completes their purchase, Merchants will see a payment record on their dashboard, and a link to the transaction on chain. Merchants will also see settlement of the purchase amount in their wallet instantly.
