Login Troubleshooting

1. I forgot my login credentials. How do I reset them?

  • Go to the login page and click "Reset Password & 2FA".
  • You will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions to reset your login credentials.

2. I’m getting the error message "Merchant not found for:<YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS_HERE>." How can I access the Merchant Dashboard?

  • This error indicates that your email is not linked to an existing merchant account on the Rapid system.
  • To resolve this:
    • Contact the admin of your merchant account or the Approvely support team.
    • Request them to add your email address as a member of the merchant account.

3. I’m a Merchant Admin. How do I add a team member to my merchant account?

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users & Roles > Add User.
  2. Enter your team member’s email address.
  3. Assign them a designated role.
