1. I forgot my login credentials. How do I reset them?
- Go to the login page and click "Reset Password & 2FA".

2. I’m getting the error message "Merchant not found for:<YOUR_EMAIL_ADDRESS_HERE>." How can I access the Merchant Dashboard?

- To resolve this:
- Contact the admin of your merchant account or the Approvely support team.

3. I’m a Merchant Admin. How do I add a team member to my merchant account?
- Navigate to Settings > Users & Roles > Add User.
- Enter your team member’s email address.
- Assign them a designated role.
